Job overview

The school is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher of Computing to lead the curriculum provision of Computing and ICT and to develop, integrate and deliver a wider IT strategy to enhance teaching and learning across the curriculum at the school. The role would suit well an experienced teacher, an IT professional looking for a move into education or a recent university graduate or Early Careers Teacher wanting a challenging first post. Teacher training on the job or Early Careers supervision can be facilitated as appropriate. For an experienced candidate with aspirations for school leadership, there is scope for the role to become Head of Digital Learning and Strategy (SMT). All teachers at Aldro are expected to make a full contribution to the co-curricular life of a busy boarding and day school.
