Victoria School is an exciting, innovative and dynamic 3-19 special school for students with a range of disabilities and communication needs including ASC. Our vision is to be a school where successful learning and high levels of achievement prepare children and young adults for fulfilling future lives.
We are excited to be opening an additional EYFS class in January 2025 and are therefore seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate teacher with the desire to develop their career and take on a whole school leadership responsibility.
You will have experience of teaching those with significant and complex learning needs including a primary diagnosis of Autism.
You will take responsibility for a class, supported by a team of TAs and therapists. Post-holders will also take a lead role in the curriculum and development of innovative approaches to teaching students with a diagnosis of ASC.
The successful candidates will be able to inspire students through the delivery of engaging lessons, support our pupils to reach their full potential, build positive relationships and ensure all student achievements are recognised and celebrated.
