Head of Pre Prep

We are seeking an inspirational and forward-thinking Head of Pre Prep, including our Nursery, to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role for a dedicated leader who will play a key part in shaping the early educational experiences of pupils aged 2-7, guiding them through the crucial first steps of their Cumnor journey.

As Head of Pre Prep, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for creating an inspiring learning environment for our youngest pupils. You will oversee the development and implementation of a progressive, stimulating curriculum that lays the groundwork for academic and personal success. You will ensure that children's emotional well-being and pastoral needs are fully met, setting the tone for a supportive and inclusive environment in which children can thrive.
