New Line Learning Academy is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Head of School for April 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to advance the vision and values of the school and Trust, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an inspirational individual who:

• Has significant leadership experience, ideally at Deputy Headteacher or Head of School level.

• Has taught in at least two secondary schools, demonstrating a broad understanding of different educational contexts.

• Holds, or is committed to obtaining, the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) or equivalent.

• Possesses a proven track record of delivering measurable school improvement.

• Has strong leadership skills with the ability to develop both students and colleagues to achieve their best outcomes.

• Can foster a collaborative environment and build upon the positive, inclusive culture at New Line Learning Academy.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be visible, approachable, and fully supportive of the school’s ethos.

• Strategically lead the school to address key priorities and deliver exceptional educational experiences.

• Inspire excellence in both achievement and behaviour for all students.
