The successful applicant will demonstrate proven leadership skills and have a thorough understanding of how to ensure all students make good and outstanding progress together with a strong track record of achievement. Of most importance will be your ability to inspire and develop a team, and to generate energy and engagement in Science for all learners. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape our future success.

North Kesteven Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Lincolnshire, serving students from the age of 11-18. The Academy is situated in Lincoln.
North Kesteven Academy was founded in 1961 as a grammar school. In 2015 the Academy school was identified as good by Ofsted. It converted to academy status in 2011.
