This post would suit an experienced senior leader or current headteacher who is passionate about maximising the potential of pupils and who has experience working with children with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs.
As a Headteacher you will need to embody our vision and play an integral part of the school’s strategic development. Our collection of schools is not only changing but also growing. The successful candidate will be able to engage and enthuse all members of the Collaboration’s community and work cooperatively within a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape. Our mantra “we never give up” underpins our approach to working with pupils and guides and underpins our values. This is a fundamental part of Castle School vision so it is important that the successful candidate can fully embrace and embody this philosophy.
We understand that our staff team are at the heart of our success. We have developed a strong culture of collaboration and cooperation with a high regard for personal and professional development. If you feel that you have the ability and drive to enable our students to reach their full potential, joining our school also offers many personal benefits including:
1. A committed and passionate staff team
2. A strong commitment to your continuing professional development and training opportunities
3. Regular well-being support
4. A supportive environment where your talents will be encouraged, nurtured and rewarded
5. Potential for further career opportunities as the school and wider Collaboration of Schools grows
