We are looking for an exceptional professional who can innovatively guide, support and challenge Southgate Primary School, but also have a significant impact within the group of schools in the cluster and more widely in the Trust.

We welcome applications from individuals who can apply empathy and are emotionally intelligent. Candidates should be driven by a clear moral purpose and a passion for working with children and young people. They should have the ability to be a role model to staff and children, build teams, and empower others.

Our School sits within an established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Southgate Primary School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Forge Wood Primary School, Kilnwood Vale Primary School, Greenway Junior School, Salfords Primary School, Lime Tree Primary School, Merstham Primary School.

Pay Scale: Competitive and negotiable dependent on experience
