An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and proactive HR Assistant to join North Star Community Trust and be part of our mission to inspire children and young people to thrive both academically and socially, and to prepare them for an ever-changing world.
HR Team
We are a centralised HR team focused on delivering consistent, professional, impactful, and compliant HR support and services. As a friendly and collaborative team, we are committed to improving our HR function to enhance the employee experience, better support our academies and ensure smooth operations. Our work plays a vital role in the overall success of the Trust, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture and environment for all.
The Role
A pivotal role focused on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and managing the Single Central Record. The individual will also handle key HR administration tasks and provide essential HR support and services, ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance. This is a full time role (52 weeks), 36 hours per week.
The Ideal Candidate
A proactive and personable individual who excels in a collaborative team environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication skills are essential and building positive relationships across the Trust. Previous HR experience supporting recruitment is required, with a commitment to education, compliance and excellence.
