Human Resources Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the central operations team of our thriving and expanding Multi Academy Trust. Pathfinder currently includes 14 schools (two secondary and 12 primary schools) with a further four primary schools joining in October.

As a result, we are looking to recruit to the new role of HR Director, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for driving forward the people and organisation agenda of the Trust. Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and this role will play a key role in ensuring we bring our values to life, ensuring the best opportunities and life chances for the young people across our schools.

Central to this role will be furthering this sense of belonging, driving forward our shared aspirations which are built on close partnership working and a collective sense of community. The HR Director will work closely with both Trust and school leaders to ensure that we are focused on the right things in the right way.

This is a unique role that combines the need for HR strategy and planning with day to day operational excellence – our new HR Director will enjoy and relish moving between strategic and operational activities and will take satisfaction delivering in a very hands-on way.
