About the role
The Inclusion Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the inclusive and supportive environment at The Hart School. This position is responsible for coordinating and administering various processes and procedures related to student support, intervention, and safeguarding. The Inclusion Administrator works closely with the pastoral team, senior leaders, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.

You will bring strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and external partners will help you manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. With a solid understanding of safeguarding practices, you are committed to promoting the welfare of all students. Requirements:
To apply for the Inclusion Administrator opportunity, you must hold:
· A minimum of grade C / 4 in English and Mathematics.
· Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.
· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate records.

The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.
