We are seeking an experienced practitioner to take up the post of an Inclusion Mentor delivering high quality programmes to our learners. You will have responsibility for the Inclusion unit, maintaining a learning environment and supporting students to return to their classes. You will work alongside teachers to deliver a curriculum that is high in literacy skills as well as implementing interventions to address the needs of learners. You may be already working as a TA or keen to progress. You would be joining a skilled team of teaching and support staff in providing high quality learning for our pupils. This is an opportunity for an experienced and skilled practitioner to make a real difference to children’s lives. A proven background in managing challenging behaviour, alongside evidence of securing successful academic outcomes, are essential requirements.

If you have enthusiasm, commitment and a desire to work with some of the most vulnerable and complex young people in our community, we would welcome your application. High aspirations and a relentless approach towards excellence are the key skills we are looking for along with evidence of previous outstanding classroom practice. A willingness to be involved in developing extra-curricular activities and the wider curriculum would be an advantage.
