An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Lead Practitioner of MFL to join Netherhall Learning Campus High School. Do you have what it takes to provide outstanding teaching and learning experiences in MFL for students of all abilities?

You will need to be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record enthusing and engaging students with the ability to think outside the box to ensure students are eager to learn. You will need to be a committed and flexible team player who can inspire others to raise aspirations, through an exciting and ambitious curriculum.
As a Lead Practitioner, you will be required to guide, coach and inspire staff across the MFL department, helping them to engage and enthuse learners of all abilities in this core subject specialism. At NLC, we want all our students to enjoy MFL and to become confident, independent learners. We want our staff to feel supported and inspired to achieve their personal best.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Quality of Education Lead and the school's leadership team to help develop and transform Teaching and Learning of the department and school at NLC.
