Lead Practitioner of Science

Following the successful internal promotion of a member of our Science team are now looking to further strengthen our growing English department with an experienced Lead Practitioner.

As a Lead Practitioner of Science at The Telford Park School, you will be an essential part of our enthusiastic and innovative Teaching and Learning team. Your role involves spearheading positive changes, fostering innovation in teaching, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students. With a carefully planned knowledge-rich curriculum, your responsibilities will include inspiring students, preparing them for life after school, and instilling a love for learning. I would expect that the successful applicant would be an inspiration and role model for other teachers across the school and would work with the Senior Leadership Team to further improve teaching and learning in all departments.

The school is set in Telford, a bustling town centre nestled in the backdrop of the idyllic Shropshire countryside. There are a wealth of diverse attractions, both historical and contemporary, that attract visitors. The Ironbridge gorge is very popular, as are the picturesque market towns of Much Wenlock and Newport.
