Kings’ School Dubai Inclusion Team is seeking outstanding Learning Support Assistants 1:1 to join our excellent and highly successful department full time.  

This is a superb opportunity for an aspiring, imaginative and inspirational Learning Support Assistants to join an outstanding, creative, innovative and supportive team.   

The successful candidates will need to:   

• Hold a bachelor's degree or high school certificate 
• The ability to manage school refusal and behavior needs  
• Appropriate training in strategies used to support anxiety and school refusal  
• Willingness to attend external training to support role and work closely with outside agencies 
• Have an in depth understanding of how to support social and emotional needs 
• Have the ability to develop excellent relationships with children  
• In depth knowledge of the KS1 and lower KS2 curriculum  
• In depth knowledge of the Read Write Inc  
• Experience in working with dyslexic learners  
• In depth knowledge and understanding of how to differentiate work to close academic gaps  
• In depth understanding of a range of academic interventions
