Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Scale 2 3-5 Outer London (£26,238 - £27,030 FTE / £17,829 - £18,367) Local Government Pension Scheme

(8.40am – 3.10pm term time only)

Start date: October 2024 (fixed term until 18th July 2025 with possibility of renewal)

Closing date: Friday 4th October 2024 at 10am (Interviews w/c 7th October 2024)

The role and what we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated SEND specialist learning support assistant, you will be working to support the education and care of children with SEND needs under the direction of, and in partnership with the class teacher. You will also be working within the wider classroom. You must have a real passion for creating a rich, inclusive and balanced educational environment. You will be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. We offer you exciting opportunities to develop within our academy and an excellent platform for enhanced career development through bespoke CPD within our academy and through Oasis Community Learning.

We need you to be a positive and friendly team player and be dedicated to building strong relationships with families to boost achievement and wellbeing.
