Full Time
A Lecturer is required to teach in the Information Communications Technology area of the College.
An enthusiastic and innovative lecturer is required to take an important role in the delivery of full and part time courses in ICT from level 1 to level 3.
Working with the Programme Leader and the wider department team, the lecturer will plan, provide and monitor high quality teaching and assessment of students' work.
The lecturer will also provide support and guidance in preparing students for further/higher education, training or employment. The lecturer will have an outward facing approach to engaging students in the wider community, and vice versa, to ensure that they gain a vocationally relevant and enriching experience. The postholder will report to the Programme Leader, but will work with a range of colleagues across a number of areas in the College (The Guernsey Institute) so will be used to dealing with multiple priorities.

This permit will also enable candidates to bring immediate family members with them who will be permitted to work on the Island in any sector.
