Recruiting - Marketing & Communications Executive - Maternity Cover

Dubai British School Emirates Hills is looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Communications Executive to join our vibrant team for a maternity cover role. As the School Marketing Executive, you will be pivotal in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the school’s brand, increasing student enrollment, and supporting overall institutional growth.

Your main responsibilities will include planning, executing, and evaluating marketing and communication strategies. You will focus on attracting new parents while delivering a positive experience for our current families. This role involves managing our social media channels and overseeing both internal and external communications.

You will be tasked with promoting and showcasing the school to external stakeholders, such as prospective parents and the media, as well as internal stakeholders. Your efforts will involve developing and implementing marketing, communication, and social media strategies to foster loyalty and advocacy for the school and the Taaleem group. Additionally, you will execute the Central Office Taaleem Marketing strategy and assist in creating a tailored marketing strategy for the school, working closely with the Central Office Marketing team.

Professional Requirements

Education: Hold a relevant degree appropriate to the post.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a similar field.
