We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Midday Meals Supervisor.

Your Opportunity

The successful individual will play a vital role in ensuring our children feel cared for and safe throughout the lunchtime period and will be confident in coordinating the smooth running of the dining hall.

This important role will also involve supervising all aspects of lunchtime including helping children to get ready for their lunch, promoting good hygiene habits and assisting in the dining hall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual seeking flexible working arrangements.

Leadership at Chestnut Park School is strong with effective team working through active listening and collaborative ways of working. Every child is both challenged and inspired to achieve the highest standard of basic skills, whilst nurturing independent learners and thinkers.

What we are looking for

- To ensure the smooth running of the Dining Hall

- Supervise the children in the dining hall, to ensure the orderly conduct and the welfare and safety of children

- Relate well and communicate effectively with children and adults

- Adapt to changing and urgent situations and is reliable

The Details

Hours: 15 hours per week (term time plus INSET days); Monday to Friday : 11:30am to 1.30pm daily (3hrs day)

Salary: Associate 2 : £21,544 - £23,582 FTE

Pro Rata: £7,722.58

Location Attracts Outer London Weighting: Pro Rata £230.48 (Annual £643.00 per annum)
