Tes is supporting the appointment of a Music & Movement Teacher – EYFS/KS1 to join a High School based in Greenwich.
Hours: 3 hours per week (Tuesday)
Applications are invited from well-qualified and passionate teachers for this opportunity to join a thriving and successful EYFS/KS1 Department.
You will be required to plan progressive schemes of work for Nursery, Reception and Year 1 that focus on developing the key gross motor skills (core strength, stability, balance, spatial awareness, coordination and agility) through a mixture of dance, yoga and pilates.
You will be an enthusiastic and experienced teacher, with the ability to work well within a team. They expect inspirational, exciting teaching delivered with kindness and a sense of humour.
You will also need excellent knowledge of the key characteristics of quality teaching and learning.
About the School
The High School is a selective school for girls aged 3–18 and was rated “excellent” in their most recent ISI Inspection. They are fortunate to be located on the edge of the stunning Heath and within easy reach of historic Greenwich and Canary Wharf.
