Your Opportunity
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Digital Marketing and Nursery Admissions Assistant to work at Lightwater Village school based in Lightwater. You will be responsible for keeping websites maintained and up to date and will use your creative skills to keep our digital marketing platforms engaging and current over 3 schools, Lightwater Village, Hammond Junior School and Wheatfield Primary school. You will report to the Headteacher and will work alongside a supportive Senior Leadership team as well as our well established administration teams to ensure effective digital communications. In this role you will also be responsible for the nursery admissions at Lightwater Village School, parent communication and associated paperwork.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience in digital media with knowledge of how to effectively use digital marketing
- experience of working in a nursery/school setting
- experience in administration
- excellent IT skills
- Is able to work independently and prioritise own workload
- Is able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Is an excellent communicator, comfortable working within a wide team
- Has a high level of integrity and understands the need for confidentiality
About
Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with , our cluster includes the following other schools; Springfield Primary School, Hammond Junior School, Lightwater Village School, Cordwalles Junior School, Pine Ridge Infant School, Lorraine Infant School .

Salary: GLF Associate 3 £24,272 FTE; £13,920.70 (actual)
Hours of Work: Part time 24 hours, 39 weeks, term time plus inset days,
