Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a motivated, caring and organised individual to join our friendly community of professionals who support our students education and experience. Working under the direction of the PA to the Headmaster, the Office Administrator will provide accurate and timely administrative support to departments across our College.
The responsibilities of the role are wide-ranging and varied so the successful candidate will be a team player, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Experience of working in a busy office environment is essential as is a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent communication skills are needed along with strong IT skills, a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic, proactive approach.
The position is offered on a part-time basis, 3 days per week, term time plus an additional 18 days to be worked during the school holiday periods. We offer an attractive salary and benefits package including generous fee remission for the children of staff educated at the college, free lunches and car parking, use of the Fitness Suite and cycle to work and tech schemes.
Candidates must have a willingness to play a full part in the extra-curricular life of the College and be in sympathy with its Catholic ethos.
