Job overview

Chaucer school is an ACE aware/trauma informed school that places our young people at the heart of everything that we do. All staff whether teaching or support staff have a desire to see our young people reach their potential and become successful, happy and confident young adults.

We are looking to appoint an on-call behaviour support practitioner with particular focus on tracking and monitoring behaviour during the school day.

The purpose of the job is to support and respond to behavioural requests and incidents as part of the on-call system through the consistent implementation of the behaviour and relationship policy. The successful candidate will also contribute to restorative practices to support reintegration back into lessons, promoting the importance of inclusion with the students.
