Job Description:

The purpose of the Early Years Teacher is to develop and provide an enriching learning environment for young learners. Our ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic outlook with the desire for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will monitor and deliver outstanding teaching practices in accordance with the UK curriculum, to provide a high quality and stimulating learning experience to our Early Years pupils.


Experience and Education Requirements:

● Relevant bachelor’s in Education or BA with a PGCE is our minimum requirement

● Fully qualified teachers holding Qualified Teacher Status with 2 years of experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England to students in Early Years education.

● minimum of 2 years of Early Years teaching experience

● Committed professionals who are dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the school’s vision, mission and values.

● Teachers with secure knowledge of the National Curriculum for England.

● Outstanding practitioners with the ability to deliver innovative lessons built on current pedagogical thinking and forward-thing initiatives.

● Excellent organisation and time management

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Teachers with a natural desire to learn, contribute to and participate in the schools Professional Learning Community.

Shortlisting / Interview Process:

An initial pre-interview will be conducted via Zoom. Candidates succeeding to the short-list phase will be asked for a professional portfolio which provides a ‘flavour’ of you and your teaching success to date to be submitted in advance and invited to deliver a short 40-minute lesson to the relevant year group followed by an interview with key leaders.
