PA to the Assistant Head

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to support the Assistant Head. This role is essential for the smooth running of their office and the wider school community. The successful candidate will manage schedules and tasks to meet key deadlines, handle confidential information discreetly, and provide high-quality administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion, along with attention to detail and accuracy, is essential. Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting, is desirable.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm during term time, plus 4 weeks in non-term time. Flexibility for occasional Saturday hours based on the role's demands is required. In return, you will receive a salary of £24,311.61 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay).
