We require from 2nd December 2024 a motivated, committed, and dynamic teacher to join this lively and ‘outstanding’ 11-18 Foundation School. This is a rare opportunity to join a leading Performing Arts department who aim to provide learning both inside and outside of the classroom. Both NQTs and experienced teachers are positively encouraged to apply. The successful candidate is expected to be able to teach Drama across the ability range at KS3 with the prospect of some GCSE teaching for the right candidate.

Bishop Heber High School is a mixed, non-denominational comprehensive school with a sixth form, there are 1280 students on roll aged 11-18. It is situated in the picturesque village of Malpas. Location
Malpas is a large village placed deep in the south Cheshire countryside. There are several pubs in the village as well as good quality local shopping. Malpas also hosts a regular Farmers’ Market. If you are looking to explore, Malpas is a great base for sightseeing with Cheshire, Shropshire and North Wales just a stone’s throw away. Practically on your doorstep is the famous city of Chester, you can reach the city in 30 minutes and explore all the historic sites.
