The Academies are looking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and dedicated pastoral leader who can work within our highly successful Gateway team across the Academies. The post is a non-teaching position to allow the successful candidate to dedicate their time to supporting our fantastic students to achieve their very best.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to work with students and staff across the Academies in making sure student’s pastoral needs are being met to allow an outstanding education to be delivered. We are looking for a conscientious, dedicated team-player who has excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in working with large numbers of students at secondary school.

 

We offer a wide range of CPD opportunities for staff pooled from a wealth of experience and expertise both in the Academies and across the United Learning group.

Winton Academy was inspected by Ofsted in December 2018 and was graded outstanding in all areas. Glenmoor was inspected in June 2019 and was also graded outstanding in all areas. ‘The quality of teaching is consistently high across all subjects and for all groups of pupils’. (Ofsted 2019).
