British International School Washington, DC is looking for a PE Teacher to create an exceptional international learning environment that empowers students and where young people can be challenged and inspired.

The school (575 students from 2 year olds to 18) is part of the Nord Anglia family of over 81 schools, benefitting from collaborations with Juillard School, MIT, UNICEF, Kings College London and various other Nord Anglia enhancements to our school.

BISW is an inclusive school with good support for English language learners and for children with learning challenges. The majority of our student body are Mother Tongue English speakers.

Salary and Benefits: The salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. There is a benefits package to accompany the salary.

Selection Process

The first application closing date is January 5th, 2025. There will be two stages of interview, including an in-person interview if possible. However decisions will be made on a rolling basis so early application is advisable.
