About the Role and You
Contract type: Full-time
Salary: Dependent on experience
Start date: September 2025
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Be a specialist in the subject with the ability to teach GCSE (level 2 qualifications), A level and/or BTEC (level 3 qualifications) in Sport/PE.
- Be able to teach PE from Year 1 to Y13
- Excellent classroom practitioner who can lead by example
- Inspire students through engaging and innovative physical education lessons.
- Foster a love for sports, fitness and overall well-being.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
- Sereve as a positive role model, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork and resilience.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- The ability to teach GCSE, A Level and BTEC Sport is a necessity, GCSE Business Studies or another subject would be an advantage.
- A degree in Physical Education for a relevant field.
- At least 1 years’ experience teaching.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative teaching methods.
- A commitment to promoting health and wellness among students.
- A passion for inspiring curiosity and a love for learning.
