Job overview

Lea Valley Primary School are looking for a Premises Manager. They will have the passion and experience to ensure the school remains and a safe and pleasant environment for all of our staff and pupils.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a proven track record of supporting the upkeep of a busy building and premises. They will have an understanding of the minutia of health and safety, security, maintenance, and regulations. The Premises Manager will play a crucial role in the implementation of the school development strategy. They will be the key staff member ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for all staff and pupils.

The premises manager will be adaptable, comfortable trying new things, be self-reflective, and be constantly striving to improve. The ideal candidate may already have experience as a Premises/Facilities Manager, Assistant Premises Manager or School Caretaker.
