Adcote Matrix International School (AMIS) is an established international school, located in Seremban, Malaysia. The school is approximately 45 minutes away from the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. We offer a broad and innovative curriculum from Early Years to IGCSE, based on a combination of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Cambridge International Curriculum and the National Curriculum for England and Wales. 

What we are looking for: AMIS is seeking a dynamic, experienced, professionally certified teacher to join our school team. Applicants should be suitably qualified and experienced, fully committed to supporting students through both curricular and extracurricular activities.


Primary Homeroom Teacher 

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a flair for the International Primary Curriculum (IPC)?


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging IPC lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and the school community.
  • Experience of the Cambridge curriculum 


Qualifications:

  • A relevant teaching qualification and experience with the IPC curriculum.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a love for learning in young learners.
