What Weβre Looking For:
We are seeking experienced leaders with a strong track record in education and a passion for driving student success.
Essential Requirements:
- Recognized leadership qualifications (e.g., MA in Education, NPQ).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- 5+ years as a Principal or 7β10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Deputy Head, Vice Principal).
- Proven ability to raise academic standards and deliver outstanding outcomes in external assessments.
- Expertise in developing curricula and preparing students for life beyond school.
- Experience in school growth, including enrolment and retention strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and community-building skills.
Desirable Experience:
- Working in international schools, particularly in the UAE or Middle East.
- Familiarity with BTEC, IBDP, IBCP, or AP programs.
- Successful accreditation/inspection outcomes (e.g., DSIB, ADEK, QNSA, COBIS, NEASC, BSO).
