Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Procurement Officer to join our team on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months.
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Previous experience in procurement roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and external parties.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with procurement documentation and contracts.
- Previous demonstrable experience on Procurement Systems.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a procurement related environment.
- Good Knowledge of P2P cycle.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize task and escalate as appropriate.
