35 hours per week, term-time only, 39 weeks per year. 

We are looking to recruit a Reflection Room Manager for 35 hours per week (8.30am – 4pm)/39 weeks per year.

The role is to:

  • Manage the Reflection Room and promote positive behaviour management- modelling and promoting strategies with students.
  • To ensure students are effectively supervised and held to high standards regarding punctuality, uniform, and behaviour, in accordance with school policy.
  • Manage students in a calm and productive environment so that they are productive in completing their work to the best of their ability.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual and is expected to share our values and demonstrate them daily.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
