This is an ideal role for anyone who is looking for Ad Hock Administrative role to fit in with other commitments.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to provide efficient and effective administrative support for Permanent Exclusion and Behaviour Committee Meetings across our Northern academies. 

In this role you will be responsible for giving legal advice to behaviour panel members, such as advising on legislation matters throughout the process, as well as record accurate minutes for all meetings, producing relevant outcome documents and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure all documents are correctly distributed.

As this role is an Ad Hock position, we are unable to confirm an exact number of hours to expect. However, the role will require more hours to be available at different periods

throughout the year, such as towards the end of each half term, while there will be period of time where services will not be required, such as at the start of January and May.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a competent administrator who has experience in an administrative role, ideally candidates will have a short hand ability and a relevant typing/word processing qualification.

Applicants must example:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills 
  • Understanding of school safeguarding policies

As this is a regional role the successful applicant will be expected to work across the Teesside region, as such applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
