We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to support the boarding staff in their day-to-day operations. The successful candidate should be genuinely interested in the welfare of the children and have good organisational and communication skills. Previous boarding experience is not essential, but an advantage, as training will be provided.
A proactive approach to engaging with young people is essential and the role will require ongoing personal and professional development to ensure the highest standards of care and pupil development.
