Job Description:
The School Principal serves as the educational leader responsible for communicating with and empowering the school to fulfill Vinschool’s vision and mission. The Principal manages policies, facilities, regulations, and procedures to ensure students learn in a safe environment and receive a high-quality education that enhances their skills, knowledge, and virtues, while promoting self-awareness, pro-activeness, and competence to succeed in an ever-changing world.
Essential Responsibilities
- Delivering the vision and mission of the school
- Improving the educational outcomes of students
- Developing the quality of teaching and learning
- Nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold stewardship as a value based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with parents and community groups.
- Understand the legislation and policies that impact schooling.
- Manage resources to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Requirements and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education / education Leadership, Master’s preferred.
- Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal in an international / Bilingual School setting.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail.
