School Principal - K-12

We are seeking an experienced School Principal for Raffles International School. 

Raffles International School (RIS) is looking for an experienced, dynamic and collaborative School Principal to join in August 2024. RIS follows the UK National Curriculum and maintains a strong focus on prioritising the wellbeing of the whole school and the progress/ academic achievement of every student. Your experience in a British and/or International school with outstanding practice and outcomes for young learners is key in securing this role.

The Principal will lead and work collaboratively with the senior leadership and management teams to achieve the highest standards of school performance and student outcomes.

 Professional qualifications and experience:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Successful school leadership experience of at least three years as Principal or
• Head of School, preferably in an international setting
• NPQH or equivalent Master’s/postgraduate qualification in school
• leadership 
• A proven track record of developing and sustaining rigorous standards for a
• holistic education
• Significant experience in building a safe and inclusive school community
• An appreciation for and sensitivity to multi-culturalism and the ability to
• work with a diverse team
• Confidence and ability to lead and manage organisational change
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
