About the role
We are seeking a Secretary/ Administration Officer to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.
Duties include
- Telephone and email management
- Administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva)
- Supporting School Leadership with various administration tasks
- Assisting with organisation of school events and activities
- Assisting with first aid duties including student medication administration
About you
- You will have at least two years administration experience
- sound Microsoft Office skills
- display proven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
- First Aid Certificate
School Administrative system training will be provided.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Position tenure: Continuing
Weeks worked: School Term weeks only plus one week of school holidays
Tenure duration (where Fixed Term):
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 5 days/week (32.5 hours/week) Monday to Friday.
Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 3 - $30.97 per hour plus Super
Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
