Job overview

A dynamic and vibrant teacher is required for mid August 2024, to teach Science at KS3, Individual Sciences at KS4 and Biology at IBDP level. The post provides an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and inspiring teacher, with a minimum of 2 years experience, to teach well motivated children in a truly international environment, whilst also experiencing the wonders and beauties of Kenya. Teachers are also expected to be actively involved in the extracurricular program that is a key part of Braeburn's philosophy and objectives.

The school is committed to safeguarding children and young people. Shortlisted applicants will be asked for an ICPC or the equivalent from the country of current employment and any others.

Successful candidates will receive a 2-year renewable contract, medical cover, membership of the school pension scheme and a competitive salary.

Braeburn Garden Estate (BGE) School is a co-educational day and weekly/full-time boarding school (for students in Year 9 and up) with 870 students between the ages 2 and 18 years.
