Academy leaders take their responsibilities for equality very seriously and ensure that all pupils are treated equally and with respect. There is a wide range of opportunities to explore British values, respect, cultural differences, personal development and other religions. Teachers are skilled in managing controversial conversations with pupils, including those relating to extremism. As a result, pupils feel confident about engaging in debate."
