We are looking for an experienced and exceptional SENCO who has a track record of developing and implementing strategic plans around Inclusion and behaviour and a robust understanding of children with behavioural challenges and SEMH needs.
The newly formed service will include the Behaviour and Inclusion Consultant who will lead the team a newly created post for a secondary teacher
You will be part of a service that supports settings to deliver quality teaching and timely interventions that improves outcomes for vulnerable children and young people with behaviour challenges in our vibrant and diverse borough.
You will work in a multi-professional way in partnership with our EHCP team, educational psychologists Inclusion Team, other educational support services as well as families to improve outcomes and reduce suspensions and permanent exclusions for children and young people
This position requires Qualified Teacher status and preferably a SENCO qualification.
