We are searching for an outstanding Administrator who relishes a fast-paced role with ever changing priorities. Your focus is always the Academy and the needs of the students and it is at the very heart of all you do; you will lead a team who supports this value. The successful applicant will have excellent administration and social media skills coupled with team work to support the needs of the Academy.

About the role

The successful applicant will be an individual who doesn’t need day to day direction but can work autonomously supporting the very needs of the Academy. The role includes line management responsibility for Business Support Administration Team. You will be the first point of contact to deal with and to respond effectively to complex and sensitive queries from internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for Community Communications, Social Media, financial administration, health and safety administration, student administration and all other business support administration. The Academy is fast-paced with competing deadlines and shifting priorities. This would suit someone who is adaptable, flexible with an absolute can-do approach to the workload. It would play to your strengths of efficiency, exemplary interpersonal skills, with a customer-focussed approach and your strong team working skills. Due to the busy nature of this role, it is important that the individual is able to remain calm in the most challenging situations, with a positive demeanour.
