Senior EA and Office Manager
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a new role at Sandwell College, providing proactive and professional support to the newly appointed CEO & Principal and her senior team. With fresh leadership and a bold strategic plan driving the Colleges into an exciting future, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities
· To provide effective and efficient PA support to the CEO & Principal and to have oversight to the delivery of the Executive support service
· Effectively manage all executive support services working through and with your team
· Line manage and oversee the team’s continued professional development
· Build and maintain relationships and liaise effectively with the College’s internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the SLT
· Lead in the preparation and production of detailed presentations, correspondence, reports and a range of other documents required by the senior team

They will have the skills and experience to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload, while supporting key projects and activities that underpin the work of our Principal and her team.

It has two state of the art campuses in West Bromwich accessible through excellent transport links and, following a successful merger with Cadbury Sixth Form College, has an exciting presence in Birmingham.
