Working pattern: 18hrs hours per week, Term Time only plus 2 weeks in the school holidays. Exact hours per week to be worked flexibly in accordance with the requirements of the role.

Location: Sutton, SM1 (some travel to other OHC/OHCAT sites may be required)

We require an experienced, proactive, enthusiastic and diligent senior governance business officer to provide support to the Head of Governance; someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, has extensive experience of taking minutes, prides themselves on accuracy and high standards, understands the importance of confidentiality and is able to work flexibly within a thriving and busy organization.

We are also looking for the successful person to have:

·        Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.

·        Excellent minute taking ability and literacy skills.

·        A high degree of professionalism.

·        Positive and approachable personality.

·        Confidence to build effective relationships with senior members of the organisation.

·        Someone who is proactive and calm under pressure.

·        A high level of personal integrity, dependability, and reliability.

·        A high level of proficiency in online systems and Microsoft Word.

·        A willingness to learn and embrace change.
