The SIMS and Office Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the development, maintenance and effective management of the School's management information system (SIMS). Additionally, they are accountable for ensuring the delivery of efficient and streamlined school administration services.
The successful person will be educated to GCSE standard, with a solid foundation in academic achievement and a strong command of written and spoken English. Outstanding interpersonal skills and building positive relationships with staff, visitors, parents, and pupils through professional and empathetic communication is essential.
The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent time-management who is proficient in all standard Microsoft applications. Knowledge of and experience in using SIMS, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of administrative processes is essential.

About Bradford Grammar School
Bradford Grammar School is a mixed, non-denominational, all-through independent school situated in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The school caters for children from junior school through to sixth form, aged between 6-19. Admission is by exam. There are approximately 1,120 students at the school.
Bradford Grammar School was founded in 1662 by Royal Charter and has been based on its current site since 1949. It shares a site with its junior school, Clock House. Facilities include specialist sports grounds, a swimming pool and gym.
