We are seeking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic, and hardworking Site Supervisor. The candidate will become part of the outstanding Site Team in school, providing varied support across the whole school estate. The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills and a positive can-do attitude, they will be required to work a split shift Monday – Friday; this role is a whole year position.

As Site Supervisor your responsibilities will include general caretaking duties including maintenance and repairs (may include joinery, plumbing and decorating), waste management, porterage, statutory compliance activities and health and safety checks. As a nominated Key Holder, you will be responsible for some opening and closing of the school premises as well as emergency call outs. You will also have excellent communication skills, ability to use initiative to plan and prioritise work and be ready to deal with a variety of situations.
