About the role:
- Anticipated Start Date: October 2024, pending all pre-employment checks
- Contract: Permanent, part-time (30 hours per week) on a rotating shift (mornings/afternoons).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work.
- Salary: £19,372 to £20,366 per annum (OLOL Band 3, Points 6 – 9).
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of the premises and its contents.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
- Work on own initiative and to demonstrate the ability to solve unexpected or new problems in a methodical, efficient manner.
- Carry out maintenance tasks in a professional manner with health, safety and safeguarding at the fore.
- Learn new skills and expand current skills and pass on knowledge and techniques to others.
- Demonstrate good general interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deal with conflicting demands and work flexibly.
- Be a key player in ensuring the high standards of compliance are maintained and that facilities are safe and the best that they can be.
- Work closely with the Head Teacher, the Trust Director and the Trust Central Team, focussing on delivering high quality and safe learning and teaching environment.
- Have knowledge of Health and Safety that is essential to this role as well as being able to communicate effectively.

All Saints’ Catholic Academy is a mixed, non-selective Roman Catholic secondary school with sixth form situated in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The school has approximately 1,500 students between the ages of 11-18. All Saints’ Catholic Academy is part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi Academy Trust.
Formerly All Saints RC Comprehensive School, All Saints’ Catholic Academy opened in 1974 and converted to academy status in 2014.
