The skills coach will be responsible for monitoring the learners progress and liaising with the employer to ensure that the requirements of the Apprenticeship programme are being met. The skills coach will be fully conversant in the evidence required for learners to achieve the highest award possible on the learners course of study and will endeavour to support all learners to this end. The Skills coach will support learners to build the required evidence required for end point assessment and will liaise with the end point assessment organisations to ensure they are fully conversant in the requirements.
