We have an exciting opportunity at our City Campus to join us as a Specialist Practitioner in Game Art on a permanent full time (35 hours per week) basis.

As directed by the Head of Department for Media and working with your Course Leader you will provide supervision of your curriculum area ensuring that you meet budget, quality, and operational targets. You will deliver high quality, specialist student focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with TMC policies and procedures.

As an experienced Game Art specialist, you will have an in-depth knowledge of industry-standard game development software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Autodesk Maya, and Adobe Creative Suite.

In order to do this role, you will need:

  • A Degree (within subject specialism)
  • Current and valid industry specialism qualification.
  • English and maths minimum level 2 Grace C or grade 4 and above.
  • Professional Body accreditation (within subject specialism) where relevant.
  • Significant, current valid specialism and industry practice.
  • Proven track record of high-quality delivery of subject specialism.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meet delivery targets and plans.
  • Accurate and timely reports and records.
  • Positive contribution to planning processes.
