Treloar’s is one of the largest specialist schools and colleges in the UK for children & young people with physical disabilities. We seek to recruit people who are passionate about supporting children & young adults with physical disabilities. These roles include assisting the students in a residential boarding house and in classrooms within our school or college.
The roles we offer are:
- Residential Support Assistant (including days, evenings & alternate weekends)
- Dual Role Student Support Assistant - Education & Residential (including days, evenings & alternate weekends)
- Classroom based Student Support Assistant 9am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
- Midday Assistant Position, 10am-2:00pm, Mon-Fri

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Helping students with all aspects of daily living
- Assisting with nutritional and feedings requirements
- Supporting students to reach their goals
- Working closely with Healthcare Professionals
- Documenting care using our user-friendly mobile notes
- Personal care including washing, dressing and toileting
*Previous experience is not necessary. Full training will be provided*
